Dais predominately works in pen and ink, however loves to experiment with all mediums and introduce elements of colour into her art with her own homemade watercolours. She has also created a selection of works based on her own native bird flock where most of which contain some embellishments of gold.

Through  Dais’ passion for biodiversity and wildlife she was able to developed her love for art as a tool for understanding the natural world. Her Goal is to capture the wide range and beauty of British birds. Her latest project emulates this as it focuses on the approximately 500 native British birds with the hope to draw them all.
