Folded Forest is the work of Ruth Viqueira & Sarah Peel. Together they design and make Limited Edition Prints & Homewares, printed by hand in their small West Yorkshire Studio. Folded Forrest take their inspiration from the natural world around them; the woodlands, moorlands and the nearby beaches to their home

The designs begin as hand made paper-cuts, then layers are added with pen & ink, before being transferred to screens ready for printing by hand. Screen printing allows them to carefully choose and layer colours and to print onto all sorts of interesting surfaces, from beautiful papers, to soft linen fabric and smooth birch ply wood. 

The aim of Folded Forrest is to design and make products that people feel a connection to; products made with care from high quality materials that will be treasured and enjoyed for years to come.
